Mailcraftai.com is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to generate emails using artificial intelligence. By accessing and using our services, you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your access to and use of Mailcraftai.com.
Mailcraftai.com provides users with the ability to generate emails using artificial intelligence. Our services are intended for both personal and commercial use, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms and the specific subscription plan you are subscribed to.
Mailcraftai.com offers different subscription plans with varying usage rights. Your usage rights, including personal or commercial use of the emails generated through our services, are dependent on the subscription plan you are subscribed to. It is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription plan aligns with your intended use of the generated emails. Please refer to our pricing page for detailed information on the subscription plans and corresponding usage rights. We reserve the right to change subscription plans and pricing at any time. Although we will typically provide notice in advance of any price increases, you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new pricing.
You are permitted to access and use Mailcraftai.com solely through the website and as intended by us. You may not access or use our services in any automated manner, including but not limited to scraping, employing browser extensions, or utilizing any other methods that may put excessive strain on our computing or hosting resources. You are also prohibited from using the generated emails or outputs for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models or creating a competing or similar service.
The legal landscape surrounding the copyright and intellectual property rights of AI emails is still evolving and may be unclear in certain jurisdictions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we grant you the rights to use the emails generated through Mailcraftai.com in accordance with your subscription plan. However, we make no representation or warranty regarding the uniqueness of the generated emails.
By entering/uploading prompts to Mailcraftai.com, you retain all rights and ownership of the content you provide. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify your prompts for the purpose of providing our services, ensuring their quality, and enhancing our offerings. This may include using your emails in an aggregated and anonymized manner to improve the performance of our artificial intelligence models, without disclosing your personal information. By uploading prompts, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share those prompts in the manner described in these Terms.
While we strive to maintain the security and integrity of the data and emails generated through our services, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or emails that may occur. In the event that a user cancels their subscription, we reserve the right to delete any data or emails associated with the user's account. We recommend that users regularly back up their generated emails and data to ensure its preservation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Codekit Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Mailcraftai.com, including, but not limited to, claims related to copyright infringement or intellectual property rights.
Our default policy is not to issue refunds due to the cost involved in generating emails using artificial intelligence. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. The decision to provide a partial or full refund, if any, will be made by Killbridge Ventures.
You agree to use Mailcraftai.com only for generating emails that are appropriate and lawful. You may not use our services to create, promote, or disseminate any emails that:
a. Contain sexually explicit or pornographic content;
b. Promote violence or hatred towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
c. Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights; or
d. Are otherwise deemed inappropriate by Codekit Ltd in its sole discretion.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse access to any emails that violate these Terms, and may terminate your access to Mailcraftai.com if you are found to be in violation of these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree these Terms are solely between you and Codekit Ltd, not Apple, and that Apple has no responsibility for Mailcraft or the content sent or received using Mailcraft. Your use of Mailcraft must comply with the App Store Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support Mailcraft services. If Mailcraft fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of Mailcraft to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Mailcraft, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be solely governed by these Terms and any law applicable to Codekit Ltd as provider of the software. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to Mailcraft or your possession and/or use of Mailcraft, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Mailcraft fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; and all such claims are governed solely by these Terms and any law applicable to Codekit Ltd as provider of the software. You acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that Mailcraft or your possession and use of Mailcraft infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Codekit Ltd, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by these Terms. You and Codekit Ltd acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms as relates to your license of Mailcraft, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms as relates to your license of Mailcraft against you as a third party beneficiary of the software.

Your use of Mailcraft must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Google has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support Mailcraft services. You acknowledge that Google is not responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to Mailcraft or your possession and/or use of Mailcraft, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Mailcraft fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; and all such claims are governed solely by these Terms and any law applicable to Codekit Ltd as provider of the software. You acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that Mailcraft or your possession and use of Mailcraft infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Codekit Ltd, not Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by these Terms. You and Codekit Ltd acknowledge and agree that Google, and Google’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms as relates to your license of Mailcraft, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Google will have the right to enforce these Terms as relates to your license of Mailcraft against you as a third party beneficiary of the software.
While the standard Application and Services is free for use, additional data charges may apply through your mobile service provider. Additional fees may also apply for use of the premium features (“Premium Features”) or other aspects of our Services. When you purchase the Premium Features or related Services from Google Play Store or Apple App store (“Stores”), including subscriptions and in-app purchases, the payment for such purchases may be processed either by third parties on our behalf, or directly by the Stores. When purchasing the Apps or related Services, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, you agree that these Premium Features will be available to you immediately. Some of Premium Features may be available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions may be monthly or annually. Payments for such subscriptions would be charged at your account at the confirmation of the purchase. They may be processed by third parties acting on our behalf, or by the Stores. Subscription will automatically renew for the same price and duration period as the original subscription package chosen by you, unless you turn off the auto-renew: (i) in case of an Apple App Store, at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period, or (ii) in case of Google Play Store, at any time before the end of the subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period (Apple), or at the end of the subscription period (Google) at the cost of the chosen package. You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to the user’s account settings after the purchase. You can cancel the subscription at any time and the cancellation will take effect after the end of the last day of that subscription period.
These Terms and your use of Mailcraftai.com are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
